NAE Films to Spotlight the Marcellus Shale Gas Story (Posted November 9, 2010)
The National Association of Entrepreneurship announced this week that it will begin production on a new film called “Energizing America – The 100-Year Secret.” NAE will take an almost unprecedented look at this vast supply of domestic energy. The film will focus attention on the publically-overlooked story of Marcellus shale gas, and will explore the role it plays in national security, energy independence, economic growth, and cultural enhancement. The film will be a 60-minute, high-definition documentary-type film produced by Emmy-Award-winning Pinpoint Media.
“These are the types of stories NAE members want to hear about,” says Robert Sturm, NAE Board Member and Professional Travel CEO. “Most know little or nothing about Marcellus Shale, yet it has an enormous impact on the mid market.”
NAE believes in entertainment that fosters discussion and education among our nation’s business leaders and the general population. Because promoting free enterprise to the world through films is one of our priorities, NAE will debut several documentary-type films and television programs throughout 2011 and beyond.
